Ingredients

• 6 large hard boiled eggs, peeled
• 1/4 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
• 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

Method

1. Halve the peeled hard-boiled eggs and collect the yolks in a bowl.
2. Mash the yolks with yogurt, finely chopped curly parsley and turmeric until evenly mixed.
3. Spoon the filling into the egg-white halves. Refrigerate, then cut a suitable small piece for serving.

How should I serve it?
