• 2 medium cod fillets (skin removed )

Method

1. Remove the skin and all bones from the cod. Pat dry and cut into evenly sized small pieces.
2. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F / about 175°C. Spread the fish in one layer without crowding.
3. Cook about 8–10 minutes, turning once, until the thickest piece reaches 145°F / 63°C. Cool and divide for serving.
