Before you start

Set the empty silicone mold on a tray before filling it. You can then move the entire tray into the refrigerator without bending the mold and spilling the liquid.

Ingredients

• 1 cup pasteurized goat milk
• 1 cup dog friendly bone broth
• 3 tablespoons gelatin (unflavored)

Method

1. Warm the goat milk and broth gently in a small saucepan without boiling.
2. Whisk in the unflavored gelatin gradually until no dry lumps remain.
3. Pour into molds, refrigerate for two to three hours until set, then unmold and keep chilled.

How should I serve it?
