This soft dough combines banana, pumpkin and ground flaxseed with rice flour. A treat maker gives the pieces their shape, but they can still be broken into smaller portions after cooling. Ripe banana is easier to mash evenly through the mixture.
Before you start
A measuring spoon helps you put a similar amount into each cavity. Similar portions are easier to cook consistently than alternating overfilled and nearly empty shapes.

How should I serve it?
Offer a small, manageable portion under supervision. Treats and toppers supplement regular food; they do not replace a complete diet. Ask your veterinarian before introducing this recipe if your dog has food allergies, a medical condition or a prescribed diet.
Keep extras within your dog’s daily treat allowance.
Storage and preparation notes
Refrigerate promptly in a covered container at 40°F / 4°C or below. Use within three days, or freeze portions sooner. This is a conservative storage plan, not a tested shelf-life claim.
See USDA storage guidance and minimum cooking temperatures. This recipe has not been kitchen-tested by My Dog Recipe; check doneness rather than relying only on the timer.
Can I assume every bite contains the same calories?
No. Size and ingredient brands vary, and this recipe has no verified nutrition calculation. Keep pieces consistent for practical portioning, without treating the count as a feeding prescription.
