Mini Salmon and Pumpkin Egg Muffins for Dogs recipe

Ingredients

• 4 large eggs
• 3/4 cup cooked salmon (bones removed and flaked)
• 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
• 1 teaspoon curly parsley (chopped)
• 1/4 teaspoon turmeric (with pinch of black pepper)

Method

1. Preheat an air fryer to 320°F / 160°C. Whisk the eggs with pumpkin, then fold in boneless cooked salmon, parsley and spices.
2. Fill six heat-safe silicone muffin cups about three-quarters full. Cook for roughly 10–13 minutes.
3. Check the centers are set and reach 165°F / 74°C. Continue cooking if needed, then cool completely before dividing.

How should I serve it?

Offer a small, manageable portion under supervision. Treats and toppers supplement regular food; they do not replace a complete diet. Ask your veterinarian before introducing this recipe if your dog has food allergies, a medical condition or a prescribed diet.

Can I fill the cups to the top?

Leave room above the mixture. Overfilled cups can spill when moved and may cook unevenly, especially where an air fryer circulates less air around crowded molds.
